Cancellation & Refund

Shipping & Delivery
Products in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days shown on our website.
We will deliver the Products to the address given in your Order. If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, we will inform you of an alternative time for the delivery or a location where you can collect the Products.
Unless arrangements are made with us, you must cover the cost of the return. We reserve the right to not allow for returns or exchanges to our products.

What is Esomeprazole for:

This medication is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI), prescribed for gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). With amoxicillin and clarithromycin it is used for treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection and duodenal ulcer. It is also used to aid in reduction in occurrence of gastric ulcers associated with continuous NSAID therapy, and in Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. It blocks the production of stomach acid.
How does Esomeprazole work:

Esomeprazole helps avoid harm to the GI (gastrointestinal) tract caused by stomach acid or infection.
How should Esomeprazole be used:

GERD: 20 or 40 mg is given once daily for 4-8 weeks. In children ages 1-11, the dose is 10 or 20 mg daily. H. pylori: 40 mg is administered once daily in combination with amoxicillin and clarithromycin for 10 days. NSAID-induced ulcers: 20 to 40 mg daily for 6 months. Zollinger-Ellison syndrome is treated with 40 mg twice daily. It comes as a tablet or capsule to take by mouth, once a day, one hour before meal.
Common side effects of Esomeprazole :

Headache. Loose stools (diarrhea). Hip, spine, or wrist fractures may rarely happen.
What do I do if I miss a dose

Take a missed dose as soon as you think about it. If it is close to the time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your normal time. Do not take 2 doses at the same time or extra doses. Do not change the dose or stop this drug. Talk with the doctor.
What precautions should I take when taking Esomeprazole :

If you have an allergy to esomeprazole or any other part of this drug. Tell your doctor if you are allergic to any drugs. Make sure to tell about the allergy and what signs you had. This includes telling about rash; hives; itching; shortness of breath; wheezing; cough; swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat; or any other signs.
When do I need to seek medical help

If you think there was an overdose, call your local poison control center or ER right away. Signs of a very bad reaction to the drug. These include wheezing; chest tightness; fever; itching; bad cough; blue or gray skin color; seizures; or swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat. Very bad dizziness or passing out. A fast heartbeat. Very loose stools (diarrhea). Very bad belly pain. Very bad bone pain. Very bad muscle pain or weakness. Any bruising or bleeding. Seizures. Any rash. Side effect or health problem is not better or you are feeling worse.
Can I take Esomeprazole with other medicines:

Sometimes drugs are not safe when you take them with certain other drugs and food. - Taking them together can cause bad side effects. - Be sure to talk to your doctor about all the drugs you take.

Azid 500 Tablet 5's slow the growth or sometimes kill the harmful bacteria by preventing the production of proteins required by the bacteria for its survival. Azid 500 Tablet 5's does not treat a viral infection like flu or a common cold.

Drug-Drug Interaction: Azid 500 Tablet 5's have interactions with anti-nausea pills (domperidone), mental health pills (pimozide, amisulpride), anti-migraine medicines (ergotamine, dihydroergotamine), anti-cholesterol pills (simvastatin), bladder weakness medicine (tolterodine) and anti-gout/arthritis medicine (colchicine). Taking these drugs with Azid 500 Tablet 5's may cause serious side effects.
